Join us for a memorable meeting of minds: scientists and poets, chefs and diners, in support of the biodiversity work of The Crop Trust and Slow Food USA.Meet three global leaders:
Jan Eliasson, Deputy Secretary General of the United Nations
Marie Haga, Executive Director of the Global Crop Trust
Carlo Petrini, Founder and President, Slow Food
Eat, drink and celebrate with friends committed to defending biodiversity in an increasingly fragile biosphere.
Our team of local culinary heroes has devised a menu that celebrates deliciousness and diversity.
Registration begins at 6:00. Event begins at 6:30.
